WIN-FACELOGON is an access control system for computer resources on the basis of facial recognition technology.

APPLICATION

The system provides highly reliable protection from unauthorised access to computer system and provides instant, accurate user identification. The system protects information and computer resources and can be used at home as well as in corporations of any size. Using a digital camera, the system enables automatic access control to computers with high levels of security.

EQUIPMENT

The system is a hardware-software unit the complete shipment of which consists of:

a video camera connected to the computer;

software to control the video camera and provide access to the computer.

FUNCTIONS

  -  Creation and maintenance of access rights for every user.
  -  The possibility to use a number of authentification factors:

     •  combined use of facial image, login and password;
     •  access by facial image with login;
     •  access by login and password;
     •  access by facial image only.
